Arecibo People are seeking a highly skilled Regional Director of Sales to join our team and drive business growth for our luxury hotel client.
The ideal candidate will be based in Scotland, supporting the creation of new business and account management for our client's prestigious portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy for the regional portfolio of hotels, identifying existing and target market segments for each hotel and aligning sales actions to achieve targets.
Identify National Account relevance to the region, targeting networking activity to acquire new business and grow market share accordingly.
Develop a regional and local target account portfolio, apportioning accounts with Sales Managers and defining existing and new business revenue targets for each portfolio.
Drive targeted sales activity, reviewing account revenue production against targets quarterly and working with sales office teams to increase sales lead opportunities and conversion percentage.
Review and submit individual sales pipeline and KPI results against target monthly, conducting a formal quarterly regional sales review with senior management teams.
Ensure comprehensive competitor knowledge within the region is maintained and actioned upon to increase local market share, sharing sales best practice principles within wider teams to ensure a consistent, on-brand approach with both internal and external customers.
