Location: Field Based - Scotland
As a Regional Manager at Post Office, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and development in your assigned region. Your primary focus will be on leading a team of Area Managers and Business Support Managers to deliver exceptional results and support the Post Office network.
You will be responsible for building strong commercial relationships, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service to maximize the potential of Postmasters in your region. Your strategic business plan implementation will be key to achieving this goal, as well as collaborating with key stakeholders and the broader Postmaster teams to drive the wider business strategy.
