About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead for Substance Misuse Services, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership to our substance misuse team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the substance misuse team, ensuring the effective delivery of services and the achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement innovative practice, ensuring the integration of substance misuse services with other healthcare services.
  • Lead the development of a trauma-informed model of care, ensuring the delivery of patient-centered services that promote recovery and well-being.
  • Work closely with the Head of Healthcare to ensure the effective day-to-day operational management of all clinical services across the prison.
  • Deputise for the Head of Healthcare in their absence, ensuring the smooth running of all clinical services.
Requirements
  • Current Professional Qualification (Registered RGN, RMN or MH Practitioner)
  • Evidence of Leadership/Management qualification
  • Non-Medical Prescribing qualification
  • RCGP Part 1 and Part 2 certificate in Substance Misuse or equivalent
  • Post graduate Advanced Clinical Practice Qualification at masters level
