About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead for Substance Misuse Services, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical leadership to our substance misuse team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership to the substance misuse team, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practice and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical pathways for substance misuse services, working closely with primary care and psychosocial recovery services.
  • Lead the development of a Health and Wellbeing based clinical model of care, ensuring positive rehabilitation, health, and wellbeing outcomes for service users.
  • Work collaboratively with other Clinical Leads, GPs, psychiatrists, and clinicians to maintain and review service needs as required.
  • Ensure a named care coordinator is allocated for every patient with complex needs, ensuring a proactive, evidence-based approach to clinical interventions.
