**Lead a Team of Care Professionals**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Registered Manager to lead our new children's assessment home, providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to thrive.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the management of a warm and friendly home, ensuring a high standard of care and quality.
  • Lead a team of colleagues, facilitating their professional development and enabling them to provide high-quality care and support.
  • Recruit and build a compassionate and motivated team, promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with clinical and education teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years' experience of managing an Ofsted home with a rating of good or above.
  • QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care for the Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification.
  • Clinical experience and confidence to work with clinical and education teams.
  • Experience of heading multidisciplinary meetings and working in therapeutic homes.
