About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Customer and Trade Supervisor. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our convenience stores during your shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including staff performance and time management.
  • Develop and implement effective plans to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan and execute store operations, including shift patterns, product availability, and busy times.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store policies and procedures.
