We are looking for a committed Executive Assistant to collaborate with our Insights & Analytics division. In this capacity, you will deliver crucial administrative and secretarial assistance, serving as a primary liaison for the team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, possessing exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. This role encompasses a blend of independent tasks and collaborative efforts to support team members as we pursue digital excellence across various domains.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Oversee calendars and arrange meetings
  • Manage email communications and prioritize responsibilities
  • Facilitate meeting preparations and documentation
  • Engage effectively with colleagues
  • Coordinate travel and lodging arrangements
  • Monitor expenses and maintain financial records
  • Assist in coordinating digital projects
  • Execute additional PA tasks as required
  • Comply with company policies and security protocols

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a PA or comparable position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
