About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Partnerships Director to join our team at Overwolf. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic alliances with top brands and agencies in the gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Secure Business Opportunities: Utilize your expertise to identify, prioritize, educate, and secure business opportunities that align with Overwolf's goals and objectives.
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively seek out and address business challenges with clients and partner agencies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Serve as a trusted partner to senior marketers and agencies, maintaining a consultative approach and offering strategic media solutions that meet their needs.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with internal and client cross-functional teams to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives that drive business results.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute the strategic approach for each account within your assigned book of business, with the aim of unlocking and elevating each relationship.
  • Client Service and Support: Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Create, own, and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establish metrics to measure account growth and performance, providing regular reports and offering recommendations for performance enhancements.
  • Sales and Business Development: Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Client Education and Support: Keep clients informed about Overwolf's products and developments, and educate clients and agencies on best practices to enhance their experience.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to Work in the UK: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Experience in Digital Media Sales: 5+ years of direct experience in digital media sales, generating brand partnerships.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with both clients and agencies, consistently achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Profound knowledge of self-serve platforms, auctions, and biddable forms of digital advertising procurement.
  • Gaming Industry Expertise: A deep understanding of the video games ecosystem, coupled with a strong passion for it.
  • Dynamic Environment: Demonstrated ability to excel in a highly dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: A creative and innovative thinker and strategist, capable of thinking outside the box.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A collaborative team player with a cooperative mindset.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent years of experience.
