About the Role

Taste Film is seeking a highly skilled Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identify new partnership opportunities, and negotiate contracts.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the event production team to plan and execute high-quality events that meet the needs of our partners and drive business results.
  • Communication and Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and proposals to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and event production, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, and event planning.
  • Strong Network: A strong network of industry contacts and relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contract Negotiation: Excellent contract negotiation skills and ability to negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative and outside-the-box thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
  • Budget Management: Strong budget management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Desirable Experience
  • Brand Management: Experience in brand management, including brand development, marketing, and advertising.
  • Event Planning: Experience in event planning and execution, including logistics, marketing, and operations.
  • Film PR: Experience in film public relations, including media relations, crisis communications, and reputation management.
  • Digital Marketing: Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
