Business Development Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Sales Specialist to join our team at HR GO Recruitment. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the agricultural and construction industries
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement sales campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Full driving license and own transport
