Telesales and Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales and Business Development Specialist to join our expanding team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange appointments for the sales team and prepare and send marketing literature
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent customer service and product information
  • Maintain and develop the lead database and customer records
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous telesales and business development experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Competent in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Working Hours: 30 hours per week, flexible hours to suit the successful candidate

Salary: £23,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience
