Key Responsibilities- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring that all aspects of the development are well-maintained and in good working order.
- Provide a first-class service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and coordinate events and activities for residents, ensuring that they are enjoyable and engaging.
- Manage contractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
- Conduct health and safety checks, ensuring that the development is safe and secure for residents.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, contractors, and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
