About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead and manage a residential home for young people. You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality support, building partnerships, and managing a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the care and development of young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and promote therapeutic support to enhance the lives of young residents.
  • Drive a vibrant activity programme to enrich the lives of young residents, promoting their social, emotional, and educational development.

Qualifications:
  • A Level 5 Diploma or working towards it, demonstrating your commitment to professional development.
  • Experience managing or deputising in a children's home, showcasing your leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • A full driving licence, enabling you to travel safely and efficiently.
