As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop daily living skills with our service users
- Support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships
- Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
- Communicate effectively and professionally with service users, their families, and external professionals
- Maintain the health needs of our service users
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.27
- Full training to gain the nationally recognized Care Certificate
- Time to complete training is paid
- We cover the cost of DBS checks
- Rota's are planned in advance
