**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with dementia and other mental health conditions
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and clinical psychologists
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health nursing
