Job Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in Skene ward, Older Adults Mental Health.

About the Role: As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care to patients with dementia and other mental health conditions. You will work closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with dementia and other mental health conditions
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and develop your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with dementia
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
