Position Overview: As a Key Accounts Manager, you will work in close collaboration with various internal teams, including supply chain, category management, new product development (NPD), and site operations. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective communication that uncovers opportunities for performance enhancement.

Compensation: Up to £40,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid working model, with 2-3 days in the office

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (early finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal and external retailer data across all supply and relevant non-supply areas.
  • Assist the internal supply chain and commercial teams in identifying challenges impacting sales, waste, and other critical metrics.
  • Conduct weekly sales reporting across various categories, manage promotions, and perform forecasting and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain product information and forecasts.
  • Engage in face-to-face client interactions, including regular store visits to ensure product availability and discover new opportunities.
  • Oversee the process with NPD, support customer meetings, attend exhibitions, monitor customer service levels, manage pricing across categories, and coordinate samples and couriers.

Qualifications: Strong skills in PowerPoint, presentation, and reporting are essential. A background in food, pharmaceuticals, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) is preferred.
