Key Responsibilities
  • The Room Manager is responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in their care, while maintaining a stimulating and engaging environment.
  • They are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and curriculum requirements, in line with Inspire Montessori Schools' policies and procedures.
  • The Room Manager is responsible for planning and implementing activities that promote child development and learning, in collaboration with the management team.
  • They must possess excellent communication skills, including listening, questioning, and responding to children and caregivers.
  • Effective communication with management is essential to coordinate short and medium-term planning, in line with business needs.
  • The Room Manager must have a working knowledge of occupancy and need within the rooms, and contribute to marketing efforts as agreed by management.
  • They are responsible for supporting the management team in implementing short and medium-term planning, in line with business needs.
  • A good understanding of child development is essential to ensure all children's individual needs are met.
  • The Room Manager must ensure all staff complete necessary tracking of children in a timely manner.
  • They are responsible for maintaining a positive and engaging environment, adhering to Early Years and Montessori principles.
  • Excellent hygiene practices must be maintained at all times.
  • Salary: £30,000
