Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a skilled Chef Manager to become part of our relief team, operating throughout the South West. Ideally, candidates should reside in the Bristol/Bath vicinity for optimal site access.

We seek a passionate, experienced Relief Chef Manager to oversee the delivery of high standards across all locations. You will be ambitious and commercially savvy, possessing the charisma and influence to enhance daily operations and maximize team performance by leading through example and establishing high expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising the onsite culinary team at various locations
  • Creating delicious, high-quality meals that satisfy our clients and customers
  • Upholding cleanliness standards in both kitchen and dining areas
  • Ensuring proper operation of kitchen machinery and equipment
  • Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Following Health & Safety regulations
  • Completing weekly administrative tasks and reports
  • Managing inventory and placing orders
About You
  • Previous experience as a chef manager is essential
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Adaptable to varying work hours and environments
  • Willingness to travel as part of the role
  • Valid driving license and vehicle access required
  • Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental principles
  • Take pride in your work and be flexible to support all services on-site
  • Driven by a passion for quality and service excellence
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Self-sufficient with the determination to achieve high personal standards
