  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they are aligned with the company's culinary vision and goals.
  • Monitor kitchen operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Proven track record of menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train junior staff.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
