Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a technical support role or similar capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the Windows Technology Stack.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts, including routers, switches, and WiFi access points.
