Customer Care Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Limited in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Process customer orders and manage the order and delivery process
  • Upsell products to customers and provide product knowledge
  • Manage customer reviews and respond to Trustpilot reviews as necessary
  • Contribute to weekly operations calls with the team to discuss opportunities and challenges
  • Support and cover for wholesale operations when required
  • Perform general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Knowledge of Magento system and ecommerce platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
