With a strong focus on improving services for children and young people's mental health and wellbeing, this is an exciting time to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work with young people experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, often with complex social situations and neurodevelopmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and young people's mental health needs in collaboration with colleagues.
* Provide individualized treatment plans, drawing on a variety of interventions, including multi-agency networking when necessary.
* Participate in in-house training on evidence-based interventions, such as DBT skills, Mentalisation based therapy, motivational interviewing, and compassionate focused therapy.

Main Duties:

* Conduct thorough assessments of children and young people presenting to the service.
* Develop and implement shared formulations, risk assessments, and care plans.
* Provide support and supervision to colleagues.
* Participate in the on-call rota, covering out-of-hours contact from professionals.
