Regional Sales Manager

Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling high-quality manufactured range mortars, plasters, and insulation systems to developers, social housing, landlords, architects, specifiers, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Sell mortars, plasters, and insulation systems to developers, social housing, landlords, architects, specifiers, and contractors.
- Manage key builders merchants and stockist accounts with companies such as Travis Perkins, MKM, Buildbase, and Jewson.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Proven sales experience in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of building products and insulation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and target-oriented.
