About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Project Liaison Officer to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing effective and efficient tenant liaison services, coordinating with customers, and investigating customer enquiries to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance to customers on investment plans for projects, including attendance at corporate events.
- Investigate and pursue customer enquiries, interviewing relevant parties and reporting findings to the Project Manager.
- Develop and present written or verbal information in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with the Support Services section to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
- Proven ability to work in a pressurised environment under own initiative.
- Experience of developing services to achieve and maintain top-quality performance in service delivery.
- Knowledge and experience of using IT as an analytical tool.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
