The Vice President of Revenue Operations at Up Learn plays a pivotal role within the executive team, tasked with spearheading revenue enhancement and overseeing the organization's marketing and sales functions. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in these areas, demonstrating a history of achieving significant results. This position demands a strategic visionary with outstanding leadership capabilities, adept at maneuvering through both consumer and business markets. You will be key in propelling Up Learn's growth, increasing our market presence, and ensuring cohesive collaboration among our marketing, sales, and customer success divisions to meet our ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth Leadership:
- Formulate and implement a robust revenue growth strategy that encompasses both marketing and commercial activities, focusing on impactful marketing initiatives.
- Lead the synergy between marketing and sales to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships that align with our brand and foster sustainable revenue growth.
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Direct the marketing strategy with a proactive approach, overseeing brand positioning, digital outreach, content creation, demand generation, and public relations.
- Ensure alignment of the marketing strategy with growth objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance campaigns.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and competitive positioning.
Commercial Strategy Execution:
- Design and implement the sales strategy, ensuring seamless integration with marketing for an optimal customer journey.
- Manage commercial operations, including pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and key account management.
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure offerings meet market demands and are effectively positioned.
Team Development and Leadership:
- Build and mentor high-performing teams across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor progress and refine strategies.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to enhance satisfaction and loyalty through targeted marketing and personalized customer success initiatives.
- Leverage customer feedback to drive improvements in marketing strategies and service delivery.
Financial Oversight:
- Oversee revenue forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning, focusing on marketing ROI and commercial efficiency.
- Provide revenue performance reports to the CEO, offering actionable insights.
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in senior leadership roles within growing organizations, with a strong background in marketing and commercial functions.
- Proven track record in senior marketing leadership roles, successfully driving marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and demand generation, with a focus on translating initiatives into business outcomes.
- Strong commercial insight with experience in sales and customer success, ideally in both B2B and B2C contexts.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and influencing across all organizational levels.
- Experience in international markets and global expansion is advantageous.
- Ability to empathize with diverse customer needs, including students, parents, and educators.
