About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at River Island. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer engagement across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive omni-channel sales and data capture
  • Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform commercial and financial decisions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed commercial decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
