Programme Manager Role

**Job Summary**

ARC IT Recruitment is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the redevelopment and cloud deployment of a complex financial system. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, with experience in.Net, JavaScript, and DevOps. Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and deployment strategies is also essential.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the end-to-end redevelopment and cloud deployment of a complex financial system
* Develop and maintain detailed project plans
* Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to achieve programme goals
* Ensure the team properly defines requirements and specifications, testing, and implementation plans
* Identify and manage risks and issues effectively to mitigate impact to project success

**Requirements**

* Hail from a development background with experience of.Net, DevOps, and JavaScript (react or angular)
* Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deployment strategies
* Understanding of modern IT infrastructure, software development life cycle (SDLC), and DevOps practices
* Excellent knowledge of insurance systems and their operational requirements
* Prince2 or PMI - PMP certification and/or Certified Scrum Master preferred
