Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Contracts Manager to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hotel suppliers, negotiating contracts, and securing competitive rates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with hotel suppliers to secure the best rates and terms for our clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel suppliers to ensure a high level of service and quality.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Travel and Meetings: Travel to meet with hotel suppliers and attend industry events to build relationships and stay informed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, hotel suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on contract performance and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in hotel sales, contracts, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong market knowledge, and ability to work independently.
  • Language: English (fluency in Scottish dialect a plus).
