Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager - MICE to join our team at W Edinburgh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing group and catering related opportunities, working closely with the Director of Sales and other team members to ensure maximum revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property financial goals
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners
- Participate in sales calls and negotiations to acquire new business and close deals
- Analyze market information and implement strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Review sales and catering guest satisfaction results to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with off-property sales channels to ensure complementary sales efforts
- Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked, including proposal generation, contract writing, and customer correspondence
- Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand's voice is present in interactions with guests and talent
- Empower team members to resolve guest issues independently and with confidence
- Work collaboratively with all heads of departments to ensure a successful hotel operation
