***OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR***
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an Office Administrator to provide essential support to a dynamic team within the export division. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required, and comprehensive training on the proprietary export system will be offered.
Salary range: £19-24K based on experience.
Key responsibilities for the Office Administrator include:

  • Reconciling delivery notes with Purchase Orders
  • Finalizing supplier delivery notes against the supplier invoicing system
  • Inputting customer orders into Excel spreadsheets for processing
  • Requesting DEFRA certificates
  • Obtaining Shipping Documentation
  • Recording invoices in the Invoice Register
  • Performing general administrative duties such as handling phone calls, photocopying, and filing

The ideal candidate for the Office Administrator position will possess:

  • Prior experience in an office environment
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

This Office Administrator role is suited for a competent, organized team player eager to develop their skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
