About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant to support a young adult with complex health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to enable the individual to live independently
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including medication administration and PEG feeding
  • Support the individual with their mobility needs and respiratory care
  • Develop a strong relationship with the individual, their family, and existing support team
  • Participate in team meetings and shadowing sessions to ensure a seamless support network

Requirements:

  • Car driver with a full, clean UK driving license
  • Non-smoker
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • 20 hours per week, including every other weekend
  • Competitive hourly rate
