Overview of the Position

Our team of skilled and diverse counsellors is committed to reaching out to children, young individuals, and their families who require assistance.

As a qualified therapist or counsellor with a minimum of one year of experience, you are poised to advance your career. In the role of Supervising Counsellor, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and formulating referrals, as well as mentoring and supervising Counsellors on Placement. This will enable them to implement interventions across various year groups, ensuring optimal outcomes for the young individuals we serve. You will also engage in therapeutic work with children, including group and whole-class sessions, while ultimately shaping the clinical delivery of services within your designated educational environment.

You will be part of a vast network of practitioners throughout the United Kingdom, offering opportunities to exchange best practices and enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Access to extensive training and development resources will support your professional growth and career advancement.
