Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Practitioner to join our team at CrossReach, providing therapeutic services to infants, children, and young people across Scotland.

About the Role

As a Creche Worker, you will create a welcoming and stimulating environment for children in your care, tailoring your approach to each child's needs. You will work closely with parents to support their emotional well-being and build parenting confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging activities for children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop and implement individualized plans for children.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.

Requirements

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Childcare Practitioner who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to children and families. You will have a minimum of an HNC/SCQF 7 in Childcare or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
