Job Title: Childcare Practitioner



We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Childcare Practitioner to join our team at CrossReach. As a key member of our Perinatal Creches, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to infants, children, and families.



As a Childcare Practitioner, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes the cognitive, social, and emotional development of children. You will work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure that each child receives the best possible care and support.



We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and is committed to working with us to make a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we support. You will have a minimum of an HNC/SCQF 7 in Childcare or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.

Job Requirements:




  • Minimum HNC/SCQF 7 in Childcare or willingness to work towards relevant qualification
  • Experience working with babies and young children (desirable)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional care and support
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
