About This Opportunity

Place2Be is a leading provider of school-based mental health services, offering a unique opportunity for a fully qualified Counsellor, Therapist or Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Counsellor on Placement. Based in Edinburgh, this role involves providing emotional and therapeutic support to children and young people aged 4-18 in our partner schools.

As an organisation committed to improving the mental health and well-being of children, we offer a high level of support to our counsellors through regular supervision, tailored training workshops, and a comprehensive induction programme. Our placements are term-time only and run for one academic year, with opportunities for extension beyond that period.
