As a Care Coordinator with Helping Hands, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of care and support. You'll work closely with our Registered Care Manager to recruit, develop, and motivate our care teams, ensuring we deliver exceptional care to our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branch Care Manager in providing care and support to our customers and carers within the local community.
  • Ensure effective allocation of staff to ensure customers receive the highest standards of care and support.
  • Complete direct observations and supervisions for your care teams within the correct timescales.
  • Support the Branch Care Manager to maintain carer numbers by actively recruiting new team members and guiding them through the recruitment process.
  • Reassess customers to ensure care plans are reflective of customer's needs and condition.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are always provided.

About You

To be successful in this role, you'll need a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance and experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
