Job Description

At Home Instead, we are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Scheduler to join our team. As a Trainee Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling services for Clients and Care Professionals schedules.

Main Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner

• Field new client enquiries over the phone, enter information into the Home Instead software, and print out service call forms for handover to the Deputy Care Manager

• Develop and maintain relationships with Clients and Care Professionals through regular informative and telephone QA contact

• Coordinate Care Professionals schedules on a daily basis

• Coordinate and maintain monthly Client schedules in Home Instead Software

Secondary Responsibilities

• Field employment enquiries from prospective Care Professionals and arrange for the application process as needed

• Assist the Deputy Care Manager in completing Client Care Plans

• Coordinate and maintain a complete Client Service Schedule
