Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK educational setting
  • Understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including behavioral and learning challenges
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Positive attitude and sense of humor
