Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at Edwards & Pearce. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the effective management and execution of our partnerships while providing essential support to both the Technical Director and Managing Director as required. Your ability to adapt to varying workloads will be crucial in maintaining operational efficiency.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Promptly assess and manage incoming communications
  • Generate and oversee precise correspondence related to drawing inspections
  • Prepare a variety of documents, including presentations, spreadsheets, and meeting summaries
  • Organize schedules, tasks, and activities effectively
  • Establish and supervise contracted projects to ensure they are completed on time
  • Effectively relay project information to clients and internal teams
  • Engage with customers, exhibitors, and suppliers through various communication channels
  • Maintain accurate company records and manage office supplies
  • Address inquiries, prioritize tasks, and take comprehensive notes
  • Arrange couriers, travel, accommodations, and service repairs
  • Provide general office assistance and perform administrative tasks as necessary

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles with strong analytical capabilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English along with basic mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
