Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Business Demand Specialist to join our team at Red Bull UK. As an IT Business Demand Specialist, you will play a critical role in capturing business demands and contributing to and/or managing business-driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager, and the Area IT.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders from local business departments, teams, and colleagues from the Area IT Europe and the global IT.
  • Leverage this relationship to identify business needs and manage their expectations.
  • Embrace our demand process to scope initiatives, derive options, and push for internal alignment and transparent decision-making.
  • Track initiatives throughout execution, ensuring the initial scope and demand objectives are met, and the delivered output hits desired quality baselines.
  • Own local services, apply RB service management principles to ensure end-user satisfaction, as well as security, privacy, efficiency (cost/balance), and local regulatory aspects are met.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong IT experience
  • Proven Business Relationship management experience
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on, and flexible personality
  • Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards global IT peers
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated
  • Spoken and written English mandatory
