IT Business Demand Specialist

Red Bull is seeking an IT Business Demand Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for capturing business demands and contributing to and/or managing business-driven projects in close alignment with the local business, the IT Manager, and the Area IT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local business departments, teams, and colleagues of the Area IT Europe and the global IT.
  • Identify business needs, manage expectations, and leverage the demand process to scope initiatives, derive options, and push for internal alignment and transparent decision-making.
  • Track initiatives throughout execution, ensure initial scope and demand objectives are met, and delivered output hits desired quality baselines.
  • Own local services, apply RB service management principles to ensure end-user satisfaction, security, privacy, efficiency, and local regulatory aspects are met.
  • Drive the project planning process for new demands with stakeholders, align local business needs and demands proactively with the IT Manager, and support local IT and/or business projects.
  • Maintain and improve the release planning process for local services, support the IT Manager in terms of IT budget planning, and take over assignments leveraging global and area-specific project management methods.
  • Capture and share relevant information for IT services, collaborate on improvement, simplification ideas, or limitations in current services, processes, and tools, and ensure a professional end-user IT onboarding.
  • Organize and/or execute IT security training and useful end-user IT service training, and create and maintain an IT SharePoint page.
Requirements:
  • IT education or equivalent experience.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on, and flexible.
  • Good business process understanding, ability to translate business requirements into IT terms.
  • Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards global IT peers.
  • ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
  • Spoken and written English mandatory.
  • Travel 10-20%.
