Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to join our team at Wayman Group. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children, fostering a love for learning, and promoting their social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the EYFS curriculum, promoting a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Provide individualized support to students based on their unique needs and abilities, ensuring their academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, enhancing the overall learning experience.
  • Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of students' achievements and behavior.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school.

Requirements

  • QTS, EYTS, PGCE, and strong academic record.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment frameworks.
  • Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students.
