About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Workforce Staffing Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue through the sale of products and services to new customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and maintaining a healthy pipeline to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and suppliers, addressing their needs and ensuring swift resolution of any issues.
  • Communication and Presentation: Effectively communicate with potential customers to drive continued revenue, profit growth, and increased engagement, presenting and influencing credibly and effectively at all levels within organizations.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate and finalize contracts with prospective customers, visiting customers/potential customers to promote company services and coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and KPI adherence, establishing key contacts, relationships, and connections across the wider sector.
  • Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the customers' business, including group and extended opportunities, network and identify sales opportunities by understanding competitors to enable the company to seize market opportunities.
  • Customer Onboarding: Work with Operations and project teams to ensure swift and high-quality onboarding of customers, collaborating with the Business Development team to transition customers into the portfolio management process.
  • Commercial Management: Manage multiple commercial processes (budgets, contract renegotiation, KPI measurement), forecast precisely, and identify solutions that result in a positive commercial outcome for both the company and the customer.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven and successful track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry, with demonstrable achievements in a similar role within the logistics market.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of working collaboratively across functions to achieve success, experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment.
  • Personal Competencies: Maintain an entrepreneurial approach, be customer and service-focused, self-motivated with a positive and enthusiastic manner, and possess a Can-Do-Attitude and desire to improve.
