Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles in accordance with our sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service, building a long-term rapport with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the sales process.
- Follow a structured sales process, utilizing your knowledge of sales KPIs (unit volume, F&I, CSI ratings, etc.) to drive sales performance.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the dealership.

- Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring a positive dealership reputation.
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license.
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
