About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Personal Assistant to join a highly regarded company that values its staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including:

  • Acting as the gatekeeper for the MD
  • Full diary management, including liaison with other EAs both internally and externally
  • Coordination of complex, international travel requirements, including accommodation, transport, and logistics
  • Producing reports and documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Coordinating quarterly board meetings, including preparing board packs and collating and processing reports
  • Coordination of client contract signing and mailing
  • Liaising with various charities and trusts
  • Acting as a conduit between the MD and his network of contacts

Requirements
