Role Overview

As a Youth Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging activities and providing support to young individuals within our community-based programs. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals to create a positive and nurturing environment where youth can thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the successful implementation of youth development projects across Tower Hamlets.
  • Provide administrative support and contribute to program reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with the team lead to achieve performance targets in youth activities.
  • Offer individual and group guidance to young people, fostering their personal growth and well-being.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum Level 2/3 NVQ JNC recognized qualification or equivalent.
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with young people in a relevant setting.

Additional Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
