Administrative Support Officer

We are seeking a skilled Administration Officer to join our team at the Home Office in Stoke-on-Trent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Asylum Operations team
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Preparing and editing documents and reports
- Ensuring compliance with Home Office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Experience in a similar role or industry
