Role Overview

As a Hospitality Service Ambassador, you will represent our brand, warmly welcoming and entertaining our guests to ensure they feel valued and appreciated. Your enthusiasm for customer interaction will be pivotal in crafting a memorable and enjoyable atmosphere that surpasses our guests' expectations.

You will serve as a beacon of outstanding hospitality, delivering exceptional service across all facets of our operations while adhering to the established service standards communicated during training and ongoing initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating a customer-first approach, ensuring every guest enjoys an extraordinary experience that encourages repeat visits.
  • Being knowledgeable about current promotions and offerings to assist customers in maximizing their visit.
  • Providing a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring only high-quality products are served.
  • Being aware of performance targets and contributing positively towards achieving them.
  • Maintaining a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor, responding to all customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Restocking supplies to guarantee that customers have continuous access to products.
  • Encouraging the use of membership cards during guest interactions.
  • Promoting digital offerings through positive engagement with customers.

Required Qualifications

  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proven experience in a hospitality role.
  • (Preferred) Background in a multifaceted service environment.
  • Passionate about delivering unparalleled customer experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change and open to new working methods.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Additional Information

This position requires a commitment of 32 hours per week.

Compensation includes hourly pay plus additional premium pay for late-night shifts.

Flexibility to work during nights and weekends is essential.
