Position Overview
As a Hospitality Associate, you will represent our establishment, warmly welcoming and entertaining our guests to ensure they feel valued and cared for. Your enthusiasm for customer service will be instrumental in crafting a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will embody the role of a host, diligently working to cultivate a lively and engaging atmosphere that surpasses our guests' expectations.
In this role, you will serve as an ambassador of outstanding hospitality, delivering exceptional service across all facets of our business while adhering to the standards communicated during your training and any ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, ensuring every guest has an extraordinary experience that makes them eager to return.
- Stay informed about current promotions and offerings to help guests maximize their visit.
- Proactively provide friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring only high-quality products are delivered.
- Be aware of daily and weekly targets, contributing positively towards achieving them.
- Exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, responding positively to all customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Restock supplies to guarantee that guests always have access to products.
- Encourage the use of Grosvenor Membership cards during guest interactions.
- Promote the Rank Omni Channel/Digital offerings through positive engagement with customers.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for customer service.
- Experience in a hospitality role is essential.
- Previous experience in a multifaceted role is preferred.
- Passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience.
- Able to collaborate effectively with the broader team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptable to change and open to new working methods.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Additional Information
32 hours per week
Hospitality Associate - hourly pay of 11.94 plus premium pay for hours worked between midnight and 6 am. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is essential.
